This fun class is aimed at secondary school teenagers.  To help them deal with the life changes and stressful situations that may occur. In the hour we spend about 40 minutes working the body to develop flexibility, strength and coordination of the breath; then 20 minutes on breath and mindfulness practices to give some means to calm and gain internal support. Through our practice we create a sense of inner freedom and peacefulness, allowing us a difference perspective.
